Dine and Donate
Last week, ADPi hosted their annual philanthropy event, Teeter Totter, a meal on the lawn dedicated to fundraising for Ronald McDonald House Charities. This year, Teeter Totter was filled with lots of jewelry vendors, live music, and deliciousness from Lil Ice Cream Dude, a local crowd favorite, and Zaxbys. Five local jewelry vendors attended the event, donating a percentage of their proceeds to the cause. Guests also enjoyed live music from the Tuten Brothers Band, and people even got the chance to “Pie a Pi”--a pie throwing contest aimed right at the sisters of ADPi.
Alpha Delta Pi is dedicated to the mission and vision of Ronald McDonald House Charities, a national organization that seeks to provide families with access to quality healthcare for their children, while allowing them to be comfortable and financially supported over the duration of their child’s care. RMH hopes to serve as a provider of stability and resources to families who may be facing unexpected financial circumstances with their healthcare needs. Although this is ADPi's national philanthropy, they also have several past and current UGA chapter members who have directly experienced the good works of RMH Charities, sprouting raw passion for the organization is every ADPi woman.
Alpha Delta Pi thanks all who attended Teeter Totter and supported such a wonderful cause!
