Not So Ordinary Travels
Ray Paleg has taught English at a Buddhist Monk Temple, and she has worked with elephants in Thailand. She assisted students at a local HIV/AIDS clinic in Tanzania. Ray's love of travel has driven her all over the world. Getting to interact with local communities and improve community development through environmental education is her favorite part. She says that her sisters at Sigma Delta Tau have been a motivating force behind her travels because they are supportive no matter how far away she goes. This summer, she will be an environmental studies intern at NASA and loves being apart of a Greek community full of ladies who are all making a difference.
